Change due to wrong size
From Walk Around we offer you the possibility of a free exchange in mainland Spain if the shoe size you have chosen does not suit you. This change will only be made with the same model that has been purchased. In the event that the required number of said model is not in stock, the customer will be offered the possibility of choosing another model or waiting for the model that has been purchased to be replaced. During the sale period, the change will have the cost corresponding to the shipping costs that vary depending on the location from which the product was purchased.
In the case of draws, contests and promotions carried out by WALK AROUND COMPANY both on this website and on its social networks, the free change will not be applied due to erroneous sizing. The cost of the change will be borne by the customer. This cost may vary depending on the place of shipment based on the rates indicated by the transport company.
Delivery of the order
The Product will be delivered to the address provided and indicated by the user when making the purchase within an approximate period of between one and ten working days from the client receiving the purchase confirmation email, provided that in the conditions specified on the page of product is not indicated otherwise.
WALK AROUND COMPANY is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the product cannot be carried out as a consequence of the falsity of the data provided in the purchase process, that they are erroneous or incomplete and the client has not exercised his right of rectification thereof as previously detailed. The right of withdrawal can be requested and exercised by the client without the need for any justification. The term to exercise the right of withdrawal ends 14 calendar days from the day the customer has the product, it will be understood for this purpose the day the carrier has delivered it. To exercise the right of withdrawal the client must contact WALK AROUND COMPANY here, indicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Although the right of withdrawal does not entail any direct cost for the exercise of it, the customer will bear the shipping costs for the return of the product.
For the return of the product it must be in perfect condition, unused and must be returned in its original packaging, with all the labels, accessories and / or accessories that were sent with it. Similarly, if the product contains any type of promotion which has been used at the time of exercising this right, WALK AROUND COMPANY reserves the right to request a refund, as well as to request a return in the case that the promotion was a physical product.
The return by the client must be made within 15 days after the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund of the amount of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from the date on which the product is received by WALK AROUND COMPANY.
WALK AROUND COMPANY does everything possible to deliver the products in a perfect state of preservation, ensuring prior to shipment that the product is not defective. Even so, if the client considers that his product has a manufacturing defect, he should contact our support team here, sending a photograph of the defective product and including a description of the problem. After receiving the email we will contact the customer to indicate the steps to follow in the return process.

In any case, the customer will bear the costs resulting from the return of the product, which will be paid within 30 calendar days after receipt of the product by the company.
